As usual, government regulatory guidance is a lagging indicator. The life sciences industry is even more cretaceous but a few innovators will push the social media boundaries and, by testing the guidance, bring rational use to a new way of doing business.  
Nice to see JFK helping to define socialization of marketing.  
And, David, a V-neck, really?
